Established 1915

Calogero Rallo was a bricklayer in Sicily, Italy, who immigrated to the United States in 1905. His first job in St. Louis was to dismantle buildings that had been built for the 1904 World's Fair. In 1915, Calogero started C. Rallo as a brick laying company which grew to become a general contracting company. His five sons later assumed management of C. Rallo Contracting which is now under the leadership of Charles A. Rallo, a grandson of Calogero.

During its over 100 years in business, C. Rallo has had a rich history of family ownership. It survived the Great Depression and subsequent economic downturns and has weathered difficult times in the construction industry.

C. Rallo is proud of its longevity as a company; the diversity and quality of the projects that it has created; and the many clients, employees, and friends that have been an important part of its history.
