At C. Rallo we still do projects the old-fashioned way. Like self-performing the work. And utilizing our own equipment. In these modern days when most general contractors broker out all the work and do nothing more than manage, we still employ a steady workforce of skilled craftsman to perform excavation, concrete, carpentry, drywall and other tasks. Because of the personnel we maintain, we are able to staff projects adequately for their timely completion, including drawing manpower from other projects to spike production as conditions may warrant. And they are backed by the availability of a complete yard and warehouse housing an array of materials and equipment ranging from small tools to tower cranes. Most importantly, we still embrace old-fashioned values like honesty, fairness, diligence and dedication to quality. Sure, we still utilize computers and related modern technology to track, manage and administer to the accounting functions of our projects. But in the end, it's the old-fashioned principles that have been the company standard for our ninety plus years of existence that have ensured the successful completion of projects for our clients.
